Time in Space
This is the Richard Time Travel Challenge. Tick –Tock, time passes, but how do you tell time accurately in space (you don’t want to miss that spaceship back)? In particular Richard is asked if digital watches work. Digital watches use the vibrations of tiny quartz crystals, pulsed by an electronic signal to mark the passing on time, and these turn out to be very accurate even in space. In fact it’s what all the space explorers use.
